Brain Teasers That Fight Back
Think Twice! is a puzzle game made of trick questions. Each level asks for something simple, like “Keep Scribble dry” or “Join the dots from 1 to 9”, and the obvious answer almost never works. The real answer might be in the question itself, in a word you can drag, or in a button you didn’t think you were allowed to press. Read slowly, poke at everything and wait for it to click.
How to Play
- Read the question twice. It sits at the top of the page, and it’s often part of the puzzle.
- Tap and drag anything. Objects, letters and words can move. Sometimes even the level number can.
- Try the silly idea. When the normal answer fails, the trick is usually something stranger.
- Use a hint if you’re stuck. The light bulb gives a nudge first, then the full answer.
Ten Worlds, Ten Twists
Each world bends the rules a different way. The Doodle Desk teaches you to read twice. In Neon Nights the words come alive, so you drag, flip and swap them. Glitch Zone turns the game itself into a toy. Sky Islands plays with gravity and wind, and the Polar Deep Lab hides things in the dark. Cyber Jungle is about timing. Orbit Station makes you look at things from another angle, the Sugar Rush Factory is about combining things, and Time Loop tests your memory. The Mind Palace throws all of it at you at once.
Tips for Tricky Levels
- The question is a clue. A missing letter, an odd word or a strange spelling usually points at the answer.
- Look past the puzzle. Buttons, the level label and the edges of the screen can all be part of it.
- Turn it, shake it or wait. Some puzzles want you to rotate something, try more than once or just hold on for a moment.
- Save hints for the hard ones. Solve three levels in a row by yourself and you get one back.
A Brain Test Game for Quick Breaks
A level takes anywhere from ten seconds to a few minutes, depending on how long the trick fools you. That makes Think Twice! a good game for when you’re bored and have five minutes. If you like riddles, trick questions and brain test games, start at level one and see how far you get without a hint.
Questions Players Ask
Is Think Twice! Free to Play?
Yes. It's free in your browser. There's nothing to download or install, and you don't need an account.
What Are Tricky Puzzles?
They're puzzles where the obvious answer is a trap. The solution is usually hiding in the wording of the question, or in a part of the screen you didn't think you could touch. You get them by reading carefully and trying odd ideas, not by doing hard maths.
Is Think Twice! Like Brain Test?
Yes, it's the same kind of game. If you enjoyed Brain Test or Brain Out, you'll recognize the trick questions, the draggable words and the "wait, I can tap that?" moments. All 100 levels in Think Twice! are its own.
Is It Good for Kids and Adults?
Both. The puzzles use simple words and pictures, so kids can play, but plenty of the tricks catch adults out too. It's fun to play together and argue about the answer.
Can I Play Think Twice! on My Phone?
Yes. It works on phones, tablets and computers. Every puzzle is played with taps and drags.
How Many Levels Are There?
There are 100 levels across 10 worlds, from the Doodle Desk to the Mind Palace. Each world has 10 levels and its own twist.
I'm Stuck. How Do Hints Work?
Tap the light bulb button. The first hint is a nudge and the second shows the full answer. Using a hint costs a star on that level, and you earn a hint back by solving three levels in a row on your own.
How Do I Earn Three Stars?
Solve the level without a hint and with fewer than two wrong tries. Each hint or batch of mistakes costs a star, but you always get at least one. There are 300 stars in total.
Is My Progress Saved?
Yes. Your level, stars, hints and sound settings are saved in your browser on this device.
